Due to a variety of government regulations the security of your information must be a primary concern.   We have designed the security in ATS to be very secure and flexible at the same time. 

 

Each user has a login and password.  He/she may also be marked as an administrator and/or an athletic trainer. 

 

Users may be limited in the athletes they see by team and by ATS module.  In addition, their rights for each ATS module may be limited to read-only access.  This gives you the ability to allow coaches to view their athletes information, and print reports.  This is shown in scenario 1 below. 

 

The flexibility of the security in ATS also gives you the ability to segregate staff by team, as shown in scenario 2 below.
