Site Information/Configuration:

ATS may be configured and customized to meet your needs. This includes using your own logo for reports and deciding which modules you will use.

Teams:

Any number of organizations and teams may be defined in ATS.

User Information:

Users information and security are controlled by teams and modules.

Athlete Information:

All information for an athlete may be accessed from one screen. This includes:

- Injuries

- Modalities

- Medications

- Medical Services

- Rehabs

- Practice Limitations

- Notes/SOAP Notes

- Medical Referrals

- Concussion Information

- Medical History

- General Information

- Insurance Information

- Emergency Contacts

- Electronic Documents

- General Comments

Modalities:

Modalities for injuries may be entered once, then copied for subsequent days and modified as needed. If needed, a "quick list" may be printed for reference.

Note: Rehabs work in a similar fashion

Evaluations:

Full injury evaluation information is available including:

- General Diagnosis info

- Injury History

- Pain Levels and Related Information

- Posture, Sensory & Reflexes

- Objectives

- Special Tests

- Injury Diagram

- Girth Measurements

- Additional Findings Notes

- Physician Notes

Equipment Lending:

Track equipment lent to athletes for their use

Bulk Email:

Emails may be sent to groups of athletes.

Year-end Maintenance:

Athletes may be "promoted" at the end of year in groups. These options are definable by your administrator, so "1st year" may be used instead of "Freshman".

Reports:

All reports in ATS are done using Crystal Reports. Using the report viewer shown above you may view information before printing. Using the toolbar you may email the report directly or export it to a number of formats.
