       to a demo  database with over 400 athletes and 15 teams  already defined.

        Our staff s somewhat knowledgeable of the athletic training process, but are not medical

        professionals with the training and experience needed to perform this job.  For that reason

        we do not try and anticipate the needs of these professionals but rely on a representative group to

        advise us on what would help make their jobs easier.

        ATS is licensed on a server or site license, not restricted by the number of users.

        There is no restriction or additional cost  associated with installing the software on

        additional computers within the organization or on home computers for use by

        athletic trainers or coaches.

        No. You do not need you own server.  Keffer Development offers

        database hosting services. This means your data will be available

        anywhere you have internet access.

        We presently offer financing with terms of 3-months, 6-months and 1 year. 

        An annual  support agreement is a required part of this  agreement.

        For those with a technical support subscription, support is available by phone and

        email.  Future plans include an online user forum.  Please see our release schedule for

        more details.

        Options are being discussed for the addition of information for concussions,

       and other relation areas.  Document scanning and importing is also planned.

        Yes.  You may have as many teams, sports and schools as are needed.  In addition

        you are able to give users security based on the teams you define. e.g. restrict

                                      users to seeing athletes on specific teams.

        Yes.  Athletes may belong to as many teams as needed.

        ATS was developed to run on Windows XP or newer.  It will run on Windows

       2000 with the  most current Windows service patches and updates.

        ATS will have limited functionality on Blackberry and other "smart" phones in Q4 of

        2008.  Users will be able to view athlete information like medical history, insurance

        info, emergency contacts, etc.  Additionally they will be able to enter/view notes.

     * Monthly hosting and support of $50/month or $540 annually

        This includes updates to the program, technical support and

        regular maintenance releases for ATS

MS-Outlook functionality is expected to be added by the end of September 2008.   All reports in the ATS system may be exported to a variety of formats, including MS-Word and MS-Excel.

Given our current pricing we feel the ROI is pretty quickly realized.  Using a total cost  of $1,245 and paying one person $20/hour, saving four hours a week by not having to do paperwork, double-entering information and somehow generating reports, the ROI for our system is approximately fifteen weeks.
